WHO WE ARE:

Crown Properties, Inc. is a local, family-run business that has been an active part of Pierce County Real Estate since 1979. In 1985 we pivoted from being primarily sales-focused to dedicated our business solely to property management.

WHAT WE DO:

We manage residential properties specializing in single-family homes, duplexes, and multiplexes for owners and investors. We operate primarily from Tacoma to Roy and Dupont to Puyallup. One of our management/sales criteria is to service properties within a reasonable traveling radius, enabling us to carefully oversee our activities.  

By specializing only in the residential market, we have gained expertise in the guidelines, laws, and regulations of Washington State. We are active members of RHA (Rental Housing Association), Washington Landlords Association, and The Better Business Bureau.

From our inception, it has been our desire to provide property owners, buyers, and sellers with quality service. Our agents will advise owners on the best possible rental rates with the shortest vacancy times. We carefully screen and select tenants to assure longer occupancy periods and are mindful of securing reliable contractors and handymen who charge reasonable rates.
